If you would like to get involved we have many opportunities for you;

Nursery Worker: Each Sunday from 9:45-11:00 a.m. we are in need of workers who love working with babies and infants. Each worker needs to submit to a federal background check for the security of our children.

Coffee and Hospitality: We love providing coffee, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade and snacks to every one who attends every Sunday. If you love serving it to, you can volunteer to come early to put the coffee on and set up the hospitality area. South Loop Church provides all the supplies so all you need to do is show up at 9:00 a.m. to get the coffee going.

Each Hospitality Worker will be put in a rotation of once every 6-8 weeks.

Set-up and/or Tear-down: Since we currently meet in a school, we have to set-up and tear-down every Sunday. We can always use some help to get things set-up and ready to go, so if you would like to help out and have lots of fun doing it, email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Table Host: If you love having people come to your condo, apartment or home, you would be a perfect Table Host. Table Host are asked to have members of SLC in their home once a month for 4 months (that's 4 times for those of you who were taught the "new math"). Table Host only need to provide their homes, a dessert to share and a warm welcome to all who attend. Each Table meeting is approximately 2 hours long.
